DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Shipping is only available within Germany and costs a flat rate of €4 per package up to 25 kg, typically taking 3–5 business days. Shipping is free for orders over €75. Every order is carefully and securely packaged.
All orders are shipped insured via DHL.

Each product is handmade; slight variations in shape, color, and size may occur.
CARE & SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The ceramic is dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, food-safe, and acid-resistant. To protect the glaze, I recommend hand washing.
Please avoid strong temperature changes, regularly check pieces for cracks and handle them carefully – despite its robustness, ceramic remains sensitive to impact.
Each glaze comes with a declaration of conformity confirming compliance with the Consumer Goods Ordinance and Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004.
