1. Shipping costs (within Germany)

We ship our handmade ceramics as an insured package with DHL .

• Standard shipping: € 4.00 per order.

• Free shipping: We deliver free of charge within Germany for orders over €75.00 .

2. Delivery times

Since each piece at Studio Mana is handmade, please note the respective delivery times:

• Items in stock: Delivery takes place within 3-5 working days .

• Personalized items / custom orders: As these are individually manufactured, dried and fired multiple times, delivery takes 4-6 weeks .

• The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance/bank transfer, on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank, or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized in the place of delivery, the next working day shall take its place.

3. Shipment tracking

As soon as your package leaves our studio in Hamburg, you will receive a confirmation email including a DHL tracking number . This allows you to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

4. Transport damage

Your ceramics will be packaged extremely securely. However, should something arrive damaged, please do the following:

• If possible, report the damage to the delivery person immediately.

• Please contact us immediately ( hello@studiomana.shop ).

• Failure to submit a complaint or contact us will have no effect on your statutory warranty rights, but will help us to assert our own claims against DHL.
